Evening Tide is a 1998 25-foot Parker that is fully rigged and professionally maintained to provide fishing fun and excitement. Capt. Kyle and Evening Tide sail out of Viking Marina in Lawrence Harbor, New Jersey. Our fishing range spans inshore, Raritan Bay and New York waters. Capt. Kyle and first mate Kyle Jr. look forward to providing you with an exciting day of fishing. From beginners to serious die hard tight liners, there will be fishing for all! Bring the kids! Evening Tide is equipped for trolling, drifting and wreck fishing, but for real excitement our specialty is live lining bunker for Striped Bass and netting our own fresh baits. Capt. Raritan Bay Fishing has some of the most popular fishing species in our area like Striper Bass, Weakfish, Fluke, Bluefish, Flounder and Blackfish (or Tautog). Raritan Bay is a very popular recreational fishing area. Being so close to lower New York bay we also fish the New York waters as well. Raritan Bay is also where the Raritan River and Arthur Kill waterways meet making this a prime location for inshore fishing!

Did you know for 2009, the minimum size limit for fluke in New York will be 21 inches now, compared to 20.5 last year. Also, your catch limit is only 2 fish this year as opposed to 4 fish last year.
New York also split your fluke season up:
Open: May 15 – June 15
Closed: June 16 – July 2
Open: July 3 – August 17
BUT... In New Jersey our minimum size fluke is 18 inches and you are allowed to catch and take home up to 6 fluke and our season runs from May 23 to September 4.
